Retriever Field Service offers a number of options for seamless integration to any back office system. This includes standard connectors for HubSpot and Xero as well as a web service interface that allows data to flow in like new jobs, customer and parts lists and flow out like completed forms, timesheet info and job completion data.

Retriever Field Service has been integrated to many backend systems over its 20 years of experience providing Industry Field Service Software. It supports integrating to multiple systems at the same time. Field data capture is not directly impacted by connectivity problems with back office systems (Integration is decoupled from the field synchronisation). Retriever supports direct system-to-system integration, using your existing integration middleware or a combination if multiple systems are involved.
